New Jointly-Owned Properties Law drafted


Anyone who’s had dealings with the Jointly-Owned Buildings Legislation will agree that it’s in dire need of revision. I get as numerous problems and queries about this unique legislation (two this early morning) as I get about Title Deeds.

Draft Jointly-Owned Structures Regulation
